For April McDonald and her family, the excitment of a new baby was multiplied by two last January, when twins Taylor and Tyler were bom a minute apart at Warren Memorial Hospital. Ashleigh, the twins' proud older sister, "went through this whole pregnancy with me," says Mrs. McDonald. "My husband and 1 wanted to include her." Mrs. McDonald warmly praises the Warren Memorial obstetrical staff. "When I was admitted, I told every nurse I was the biggest b**‘* going," she remembers. "They put up with a lot. They took care of me and came in and talked to me." One nurse went for walks with her; another would have lunch with her.
