Lofton’s house and taking a Brother 720M fax machine.

In a plea agreement with the Commonwealth, Gari Allen Kelley, 31, of Amissville, pleaded guilty to one felony, breaking and entering. He was originally indicted for that felony plus trespassing, petit larceny and destruction of private property when he along with two other adults and two juveniles broke into Montpelier; a house on Route 231, last November.

Following the plea agreement Mr. Kelley was sentenced to five years in the prison, and all of that sentence was suspended as part of the agreement.

Judge Penn said it was with great reluctance that the court agreed to go along with the plea agreement.
