Softball Camp

The registration deadline for the All American Softball Camp to be held at RCHS July 24-26 and July 29 and 30 is July 17.
The camp, organized by Donn Hackney and Rhonda Jenkins runs from 9 a.m. to noon each day. Areas of instruction will include hitting, bunting, fielding, team defense, base running and pitching.
The camp is for girls who will be entering sixth through 12th grade next year, and the cost is $85.

John Dwyer
Graduates
Cadet John M. Dwyer was one of 216 Virginia Military Institute cadets who received their degrees at commencement exercises in May.
Cadet Dwyer, received hrs B.S. degree in bi'ology with a minor in chemistry and received a commission as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerrel T. Dwyer of Woodville and a graduate of RCHS. While at VMI he was a member of the Arnold Air Society and VMI Outreach.
