New resident to the town Ann Richards was nominated and approved as the new member of the town Architectural Review Board (ARB) to replace Charles Eldred. Tanya Richey was nominated as a possible replacement, but as she is not presently a town resident, she does not qualify to be on the ARB.
The council then opened the floor to public discussion and adjourned to take those interested to view the water pump areas.
