In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $70,013.00, with an annual interest rate of 10.50% from Dfno P. Procopio and Milly J. Procopio dated June 25, 1090 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 180, at page 832, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, on July 2,1997 at 4:15 o'clock p.m. the property described in said deed, and briefly described as: Lots 10, 12 and 13, Block 4, Section E, Plat 5, Blue Ridge Mountain Estates, with improvements thereon.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH: A deposit of $5,000.00, cash or certified check, will be required at the time of sale with settlement within fifteen (15) days form the date of sale.
