Yes, we know calcium, especially the calcium in milk, is needed by children to help build strong bones and teeth. But what about adults of all ages? They too need good sources of calcium every day to maintain the bone mass laid down during the years of growth.

Recently the National Institute for Health has recommended “optimal” amounts of daily calcium intakes. These amounts are higher than the Recqmmended Dietary Allowances (RDA) by approximately 200 milligrams (mg.).
