said School Superintendent Dr. David Gangel. He mentioned some possible changes: move the softball field to where the baseball field is now. Because a softball field takes up less room than baseball, the parking lot could be expanded also. Move the baseball to the area between the elementary school and the school board office but still have a soccer field there. There would still be room for a track at the high school.

Dr. Gangel said that he hoped that he and the board could have specific recommendations to present to the Board of Supervisors this fall. Dr. John Tole, Chairman of the School Board, encourages members of the community to express any ideas they have to members of the school board.

At last month’s school board meeting, Mark Pace attended with several female soccer players asking if the school could have a girls’ soccer team. Helen Williams, Director of Pupil Personnel, studied the matter and gave the results of her study at this month’s
