Karate classes to begin
Shorin-Ryu Okinawan karate classes will begin Jan. 20 at Ki Theatre in Washington. Classes will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for juniors and from 5:30 to 7 p.m. for adults. Workshop, seminar planned
The Lord Fairfax Small Business Development Center will offer a workshop entitled Payroll and Tax Forms on Friday, Jan. 15 from 1 until 4 p.m. This workshop will be held at the Middletown Campus of Lord Fairfax Community College. Richard Kleese, Shenandoah County Accountant and adjunct accounting instructor at the college will conduct the workshop.
The seminar is designed to assist both new and existing business owners or managers who want to learn how to work through the forms and reports that are necessary when hiring and paying employees.
