Happy New Year! January certainly came in on cold feet. We were so fortunate the ice storm was not as bad as predicted and the temperature rose to help melt the ice on the roads. It seems we usually have a storm before school resumes after Christmas break and I wonder if we should be monitoring our kids’ prayers. They seem to need an extra day or two:
