He was born March 15, 1924 in Rappahannock County to the late William Henry and Neda Mae Kennedy Fincham.
Mr. Fincham was a veteran of the Untied States Army serving in World War II.
Mr. Fincham is survived by wife of 46 years, Mrs. Della Fannie Jenkins Fincham; four daughters Pat Brown, Nancy Fincham, Debbie Fincham and Darlene Cubbage, all of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include two brothers Harry William Fincham of Rixeyville and Reid Nelson Fincham of Brightfaood; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son Kenneth “Bill” Fincham; two brothers Meade Fincham and Gid Fincham and four sisters Florence Kent, Beatrice Haynes, Lottie Clatterbuck and Jessie Jenkins.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Jan. 4 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Roger Smith of Luray
