On Saturday, Jan. 23 the Rappahannock office of the Virginia Cooperative Extension will hold a Super Sitters workshop for 4-H members 12 years old and older. The class will provide information for would-be baby sitters and will be held from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. A small fee will be collected for the training books. To register call Hazel Zinn-Day at 675-3619.
Happy birthday wishes are sent out to Addie Wood and Janice Renwick who share a birth date of Jan. 7. Birthday wishes are also sent to Vernon DeLong whose big day was Jan. 11 and to Susie Kesner who will celebrate her birthday on Jan. 14.
