VALECO, Virginia’s Local Elected Constitutional Officers, represents more than 600 Clerks of the Circuit Court, Commissioners of the Revenue, Commonwealth’s Attorneys, Sheriffs and Treasurers in counties and cities across Virginia. “With our members managing so many centrally located offices throughout the state, it seemed like\a perfect fit for VALECO to ask officers to participate in this unique effort,” says Kenneth Arnold, President of VALECO and Circuit Court Clerk in Northhamp-ton County. “We anticipate that many citizens will join our employees in making this food drive a great success.”
