MacArthur Dodson Jr. and John Wendell Dodson, both of Burlington, N.C. and two daughters Kathy Darlene Paskal of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Regina Faith Banks of Gordonsville.
Additional survivors include three grandchildren; one sister Margaret Jenkins of Radcliff, Ky. and three brothers Stephen Douglas Dodson Sr. of Boston, John Turner Dodson of Culpeper and Jacob Dodson of Reva.
He was predeceased by one brother Haywood Dodson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 12 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Steve Dodson and Rev. Charles Shifflett officiating.
Interment followed at Graves Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
