Ki Theatre’s

“Soup and

Soul” Saturday

On Saturday, Jan. 16 at 7 p.m. Ki Theatre will present the second “Soup and Soul,” a series of informal gatherings during this winter featuring writers who live and work in Rappahannock County. ' The January program will feature Chris White reading excerpts from her new novel, Life List. White has written a number of plays, one of which, “Rhythms,” won the Helen Hayes Award for Best New Play of 1995. During her successful career as a popular singer, she has recorded nearly 20 albums. Life List is her first novel. The program will include an opportunity for questions and discussion.

The Soup and Soul Series is a unique opportunity to Experience creative work of people in and around our oounty. Offered in an informal 4nd intimate house setting, the evening begins with shared food and concludes >fith the program and discussion with the featured artist.
