Ragged Mountain activities set

Friday, Jan. 15: “Blue Ridge to the Bay Speaker series”, Rappahannock County Library, Washington at 7:30 p.m. Featuring Audrey Horning, Archaeologist for Shenandoah National Park and Jamestown.

Saturday, Jan. 16: 10 a.m. to 12, Rappahannock Water Monitoring Network meeting, Rappahannock Extension Office, Gay Street. For information call 987-3366.

4-H Share The Fun Show set

The 4-H Share The Fun Talent Show will be held Friday, Jan. 22 at the Rappahannock County High School auditorium. Anyone interested in performing can pick up information at the Rappahannock County Elementary, High School or the Extension Office. Rehearsals are Jan. 14 and 19 at the high school auditorium after school at 3:30 p.m. In case of public school closing or bad weather conditions, rehearsals will be canceled. Open house at St. Luke’s

An open house will be held at St. Luke’s Lutheran School Thursday, Jan. 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. Weather date is Jan. 21. St. Luke’s is accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and has preschool through ninth grade with limited class size. Special attractions include art, computer, library, music, foreign language, physical education, sports program as well as before and after school programs. For more information call 825-8890.

Early Intervention meeting set

The quarterly meeting of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council will be held on Jan. 19 in the conference room at the Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board, Bradford Road, Culpeper. The meeting will convene at 1 p.m. Individuals needing additional information or individuals with disabilities requiring assistance contact Barbara Willard at 937-2155.

Women s Bureau to meet
