Pursuant to Section 6-1-2 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 22, 1999, at 7:30 p m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider.the following application:

SE #99-02-01 Joseph and Roxanne Miller, owners of Tax Map 2, Parcel 14C, Wakefield District, zoned “A" - Agricultural, (through their agent, John Delmare) desire to subdivide 164.6026 acres into six (6) parcels. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code - Residential lot development greater than three(3) lots cumulative since 1973.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
