Maintenance of the landfill for February was $36,359.10. The board'voted unanimously to award Chantilly Express the contract for leachate hauling at 1.0137 cents a gallon.
• The board approved a special exception permit for Susan Hoffman and Michael Biniek, owners of Belle Meade, to omit the previously approved octagonal building, move the school house back from Route 231; to build four cabins, and use a 100-year-old house on the property for overnight accommodations.
