The county Planning Commission meeting for June was dominated by the proposed new Amissville Post Office and the proposed Harris Country Inn.

Ms. Elizabeth Harris withdrew her initial plans to construct a campsite resort on 36 acres behind Mountainside Market near Sperryville. She is now proposing a country inn with four one bedroom cabins, two two bedroom cabins, a lodge, a pool and store for patrons only.
Attorney Frank Reynolds, speaking on behalf of Ms. Harris, said that they do not plan to appeal J^e status
