one oi many community volunteer groups committed to nurturing educational excellence in the Rappahannock schools. CEP is parent-originated from the First Thursday group. Since 1995, CEP has solely or cooperatively advocated for, hosted or funded hundreds of excellent activities. These residencies, workshops, assemblies, concerts, speakers, exhibits, labs, field trips, student publications and performances help to enhance the dedicated work of faculty and volunteers by promoting an energetic learning atmosphere in the schools.
