exception permit application by Hearthstone to operate their school in the Country Manor facility. The school had originally sought and received approval, from the Planning Commission, to continue to sell gasoline on the site, but decided against so doing after more careful consideration. Their special exception permit prohibits the sale of gasoline, but the school may consider operating a farmer's market or other retail sales as a means to raise funds.
At the present time Country Manor is being prepared for the new owners, and work should start soon on rehabilitation of the facility for the school's use.
