It’s early Summer and the season is open for one of the great summer pastimes; "antiquing".
Strangely, this verb form of the word "antique" has not found its way into Webster’s Unabridged Dictionary- at least not as recently as the 1983 edition. Yet its certainly not a new way to spend an afternoon. It goes back a few decades at the very least. Perhaps Webster's needs someone to give them a definition. Something like: An activity in which people get up early on the weekend and driving out to the country to shop and browse through antiques, maybe get a bite to eat, and enjoy a leisurely summer day watching mountains, farms and rustic old buildings
