Town Christmas
Party scheduled
The Town of Washington will have its annual potluck dinner Christmas party on Sunday, Dec. 10 at 5 p.m. at the Town Hall followed by the lighting of the Christmas tree at the courthouse at 7 p.m.
All residents and employees who work in the town are invited to attend. Please RSVP to the Town Office at 675-3128 with the number of people who will be attending and the food item you wish to bring from salad, vegetable, meat or dessert categories.
Winter Band
Concert slated
;The Rappahannock Elementary, Middle and High School Bands will present their free Winter Concert at the Rappahannock High School auditorium at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14.
Special guest group, The Fredericksburg Renaissance Brass, will open up the concert and will later accompany the Rappahannock Wind Ensemble with special selections. Everyone is invited to this premier musical event.
