Citing a desire to "reevaluate its proposals to see if mutually acceptable modifications to the pending applications may be made," Sprint PCS filed a notice of request that the Board of Zoning _ Appeals postpone con- ' sideration of its appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision.
According to Sprint PCS, their request to delay the hearing was based upon meetings held with citizens of Rappahannock, including representatives of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection, the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance, and the Amissville Area Community Association, during which they received a local perspective on tower siting problems and a tour of their proposed sites and locally suggested alternatives.
