The community center fell into disrepair eliminating the primary rock venue, and all but the core left the county for greener pastures and maybe a more conventional life. The Eighties were dry, but a lot of the music stayed. And the aging hippies had babies, and the babies picked up guitars and drums, and sang til they couldn't sing anymore.
