Sprint's representative, attorney Brian Buniva, told the Board that Sprint management had met with Rappahannock citizens on Nov. 13 and then had been escorted around the County and shown alternative tower sites.
He suggested that information obtained on Nov. 13 had led to a decision by Sprint PCS to reevaluate its proposal and "see if it could come with a different proposal," presumably one that was more in concert with locally-derived siting options.
Mr. Buniva said that it ' seemed to make the most sense to delay the process (the appeal . before the BZA)—if it can, we probably don’t have to trouble the this Board any further." His implication being that Sprint PCS would submit a new application and drop their appeal
