Fletcher, et al. Chancery Number 00-06, I will, on December 8, 2000. at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. on that day, otter for sale to the highest bidder, the real estate described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel ot land (Tax Map parcel 29-10). together with any buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the property being located on the east side of U S Highway Route 211 -Business and containing 113 acres, more or less This is a portion of the same and identical land conveyed to John Walker by deed from James L. Oden and Sarah Elizabeth Oden, his wife, dated January 2, 1904 and recorded in Deed Book W. page 256, said land being more particularly described by survey set forth in a deed dated October 31, 1877 and recorded in Deed Book O at Paae 354 LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM, however, the following described tracts or parcels of land previously conveyed from the original tract containing 4 acres, which tracts are more particularly described as follows: One that certain tract or parcel of land, being the eastern portion of the aforesaid lot and containing 2 acres, more or less, which tract was conveyed to Cora Hunter by deed from John Walker and Alice Walker, his wife, dated July 11, 1904 and recorded in Deed Book W. page 336. Two that cedam tract or parcel of land containing 0 16 acre as more particularly described according to a survey set fodh in a deed dated August 17, 1929, which tract was conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by deed from John Walker and Alice Walker, his wife, and recorded in Deed Book 35, page 316.
