Supplies drive

In an attempt to help children realize that giving can be as rewarding as receiving, a Christmas food and school supplies drive has been organized at the Rappahannock Elementary School. Participation is voluntary and the families receiving the supplies will remain anonymous.
Following are some suggested items for this drive: School supplies, notebooks, pencils, crayons, coloring books, puzzles, books, canned goods, soup, drinks, cereal, mittens, hats, scarves, paper towels, sewing kit, first aid supplies, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Drop off boxes will be in the lobby of the Rappahannock Elementary School before and after school now through Dec. 18. Contact Mrs. Candy Lamma at 987-8259.
