Reports
The Rappahannock County Building Office reports for the period running Nov. 22 through Dec. 21 the following permits were issued:
For the month, the office issued ten new home permits, five addition/remodel/renovation, one new shed/barn/garage and one commercial remodel permit.
Miscellaneous permits included: two deck permits and eight renewal permits.
The Building Office also reviewed 15 sets of plans, had 162 scheduled inspections, eight walk-in consultations, and five scheduled consultations.
Year to date totals are: 70 new home construction and four commercial buildings in 1909 compared to 67 new home construction, and six commercial buildings for the year 2000.
