Mr. To was the .first . to graduate from Northern Virginia Community College two year data processing program. He worked for Fairfax Hospital for 26 years as the Materials Manager and most recently for Genetics and IVF as their Materials Manager and "telephone man".
Survivors include his wife Donna Lee To of Washington; mother Daisy Bach V&tfto of Stockton, Calif.; a daughter Laura Lee To and son Bryan Lee 1b, both at home.
Additional survivors include a sister Honnie Murray of San Leandro, Calif, and a brother Tri D. To of Stockton, Calif.
He was predeceased by his father Philip Vanto.
Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.
