On Saturday, Elizabeth Welch celebrated her 10th birthday at Mac's Roller Rink with 17 in attendance. Her parents Bill and Joanne Welch gave her a pizza and skating party and fun was had by all. Brother Billy Welch and friend Rheanna were also in attendance.
