Miss Crystal Lynn Fincham and James Allen Jenkins were united in marriage on Saturday, May 6 at Thornton Gap Regular Baptist Church.

The 2 p.m. double ring ceremony was performed by Pastor Kirby Shenk of Luray.

Prelude music was performed on the piano by Mrs. Melissa Cotton of Mont Alto, Pa., cousin of the groom. Mrs. Cotton also sang "In This Life."

A duet was performed by Mrs. Cotton and her husband, . Nathan. They sang "When I Said I Do."

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Fincham of Sperryville. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lilly Mae Fincham and the late Lee Fincham and Paul Owens Robinson and the late Dorothy Mae Fincham.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert William Jenkins of Washington. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Menefee of Culpeper and the late Nelson F. Jenkins Sr. and Mrs. Lorene Dwyer of Sperryville and the late Thomas J. Dwyer. He is the great-grandson of Mrs. Sadie Durham of Jeffersonton.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white formal length sleeveless satin gown with featured a V front accented with sequins and pearls and a matching veil.

She carried a bouquet of white, hunter green and peach silk roses accented with ivy, baby's breath, tulle netting and pearls. The bride wore a pearl necklace and pearl earrings given to her by the groom.

The bride chose her sister, Ms. Peggy Gallihugh of Sperryville to serve as her matron of honor. She carried a silk bouquet identical to that of the bride’s.
