Gaining
Through Loss
Without question, funerals are somber occasions for surviving family members. As difficult and sad as they may be, however, funerals do provide opportunity. While they allow family members to share their sorrow over the loss of a family member, they also provide a chance to appreciate the bonds that only family members can create. This is especially true in cases where family members are geographically separated and seldom see one another. While everyone would certainly prefer a joyous occasion to gather together with family members, a funeral is nothing less of a life passage. Aside from allowing people to grieve, this gathering of family members provides a chance to reaffirm their love and commitment to one another.
Sometimes funerals offer opportunity for connection that has been lost through estrangement, distance, or just the passage of time. At the least, they allow all to connect to their loved one and permit closure amidst loss. At the MOSER FUNERAL HOME, 233 Broadview Avenue, Warrenton you’ll meet professionals whom you can count on and who understand what you are going thorugh.
