Well it's that time of year again, this Friday when Mr. Groundhog arises from his winter's nap and comes out of his burrow up in Pennsylvania and according to some, make people believe he can predict ' the weather. Who of us can believe that our good Lord turns his business over to a silly little animal as a ground• hog?
