An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill To Quiet Title to Real Estate having stated that the address of Nancy Duncan, James Duncan and Amy Duncan, if they be living, is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill has made said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that aH possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land which Nancy Duncan died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of "UNKNOWN PARTIES" as the unknown heirs of Nancy Duncan; and
It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Nancy Duncan. James Duncan and Amy Duncan if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of which Nancy Duncan died seized and possessed, whose names an addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before March 2. 2000, and do what is necessary to protect their Interest.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks m the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause.
