• The RCHS student body gave Mr. Jack Raines a very touching and sentimental farewell last week. The students lined the halls to say goodbye, the band played a special tribute, and students spoke from the heart about this man's role in their lives. Mr. Raines has assumed the role of Assistant Superintendent and now "resides" in the School Board Office.
• We are very pleased to have Mr. Joe Perine join us as the new Principal of RCHS. There will be various opportunities for parents and other friends of RCHS to meet Mr. Perine at parent meetings, sporting events and the like.
• FAFSA (Free Application for Financial Aid.) forms are available in the RCHS* Guidance Office. These forms must be completed in order to receive financial aid. This application may be completed on line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you have questions, RCHS Guidance Counselor Mr. Jason Gochenour at 987-8575.
• Recently, RCHS English teacher Mrs. Laurel Van Horn had her students write letters to favorite authors expressing how their books had made the students reflect on their own personal life experiences. Several were entered in a con
