Thomas is running so strong and fast this year, that coaches hope he can break a school record this year in either the 800 or 1600 meter runs.
Anna Reeve a newcomer to track runs the distance races with her long hair flowing out behind her. She is developing into a good distance runner and starting to finish strong. Most races she is finishing first or second among district competition.
Overall the track teams look good. Baring injuries the l*>ys and girls team should do well at Districts on May 15. The toughest two competitions come this week at Madison and next week at Brentsville. 1
