construction of a dwelling. Variance
allowed under Section 170-136 of the
Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
No applicant or other party in interest, and no attorney for an applicant or party in interest, shall initiate a contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the merits of any application, appeal, or other matter pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such private discussion. Site visits or similar contacts initiated by BZA members shall not constitute such ex parte contracts.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia. and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
