in love with. After discovering that the dog had a half sister they set out to purchase her. After adopting her, now named Jessie, they found their second dog Jack. Two more additions to the Waldrip’s family followed, as ' Spunkie and Lizzie arrived soon after.
“They’re not just animals,” he said of the dogs. “There’s truth to that man’s best friend thing. They’re not as aloof as cats. They tend to want to please. They can be hard-headed but they really aim to please. They’re little friends. They are just so neat to have.”
While Waldrip loves all dogs he especially enjoys Jack Russells. He said their energetic, friendly and fearless nature brings him joy.
