Sherri Woodward, 16 of Washington, daughter of Wayne and Sharon Woodward, was crowned Miss Rappahannock 2003 on March 29 at the Miss Rappahannock Pageant. Sherri also placed in the area’s parades. She won the chairman’s award for the Flint Hill parade and won the Best Overall Beauty Queen Award for the Amissville parade.
