Conservation meeting
The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its Board of Directors' meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 2 at the Pig N Steak Restaurant in Madison. Meetings rotate alphabetically on a county basis by the five counties served by the District: Culpeper. Greene. Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Taste of Rappaha n nock
The fifth annual Taste of Rappahannock fundraising dinner for Headwaters will take place on Saturday, Sept. 13 at The Belle Meade Schoolhouse in Sperryville with a live auction between 6 and 7 p.m. during the pre-dinner reception. Wharton family reunion
