Since spring, men and women in the county have been hard at work on their dried specialties or trying to learn new techniques that will keep the beauty of one more weed or cultivated flower alive for a long time.
Soon, they will gather all their materials in the parish hall beside Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington and begin the task of fashioning the perfect arrangement for each and every donated and collected container.
