The help that Rappahannock can expect to receive from Planning District 9 on the county's comprehensive plan will be on a "catch as catch can' basis. At last Thursday's meeting in Culpeper, the Rappahannock-Rapidan Planning District Commissioners emphasized that they favored lending all possible support in development of Rappahannock's comprehensive plan but only within PD9's "present resource capability." CoL E. P. Luke, Rappahannock s representative on the Commission, announced that the county planners had finally decided that they needed help on formulating a comprehensive plan and had asked PD9 for assistance.
