The cheese enchiladas, which are hand rolled and covered in red sauce are an excellent choice at only $8.99. Other meat-free options include portabella mushroom fajitas and burritos filled with refried beans, cheese and grilled seasonal vegetables.
"I would like to invite everybody in the County to come out for dinner," said Gore who believes this new restaurant is filling a much needed desire Rappahannock residents have for a new and different kind of dining establishment.
“The thing that was missing in Rappahannock was good Mexican food. A lot of people I asked who lived in Rappahannock said they wanted to have it here,” he said.
"The food is very good," said Sperryville resident Tbm VonFange who was enjoying tacos and free wings during a recent visit.
“I’m definitely going to bring my wife up here,” he said.
