NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT ORDINANCE AND PUBLIC HEARING
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia will consider at its meeting on October 8, 2003, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall an ordinance to increase the number of members of the Town Planning Commission from 5 to 7 and to establish the terms of such new appointees. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is on file at the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County and in the office of John McCarthy, County Administrator and Town Zoning Administrator as well as at the Town Office and is available for inspection by all interested parties during their normal business hours. The Council win conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinance at the date and time stated above.
