Mrs. Burke was horn Aug 24, 1914 in ArmsS^ille to the late Herbert Whorton and the late Mary Sue Settle Whorton.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Franklin Burke.
Mrs. Burke is survived by vjne son, Theodore F. Burke, Jr. of’1 The Plains and two daughters, Anna Mae Bragg of Culpeper and Jean Alice Robinson of Remington.
Additional survivors include 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Sept. 25 at Amissville Baptist Church cemetery.
