‘Men of
Rappahannock’
orders soaring

More than 1,200 advance orders have been placed for "The Men of Rappahannock County" calendar as the calendar story goes national on network news stations this week
Calendar organizers have increased the initial printing from 5,000 calendars to 7,500. The calendar features prominent Rappahannock County men posing nude to raise money for the Rappahannock County High School track
Meanwhile, a marathon runner from Fauquier County contacted Cathy Kreyling, key organizer behind the track fund-raiser, and said she is planning to organize a fund-raising effort among her fellow long distance runners to contribute to the track
She saw the article in the Rappahannock News and on Channel 7 and thinks it is terrible that our kids have no track, said Kreyling
Kreyling and her husband, Peter, who is featured nding naked on a motorcycle in the calendar, have spent the past week granting interviews to the media
According to Cathy Kreyling. they were interviewed by ABC radio news and CBS television news as well as Fox 5 News this week
