‘Flamenco’
performance
set for Nov. 8
at The Theatre

“Flamenco!” is the title of a show to be presented on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m. at The Theatre at Little Washington.
It will be performed by Marija Temo, classical and flamenco guitarist and flamenco singer, with guest Anna Menendez, flamenco and Spanish classical dancer.
Their interaction combines the energy, passion, and intensity of Temo’s guitar playing and singing with Menendez’ fiery dance footwork and graceful arm movements..
During the first part of the program, Temo will play classical guitar solos by Granados and Albeniz in addition to flamenco guitar music and songs which she has arranged.
After the intermission Menendez will perform two traditional flamenco dances, and Temo will sing and play both traditional flamenco music and her arrangement of music by Manuel de Falla.
