Fairfax County and I believe this to be so ill part because of the people who have previously held positions in law enforcement. We neither need nor want armored vehicles on our county’s roads, and I fear that is the direction we are headed.
I do not know Steve Butler, and being removed from the county more often than I would like I have had to ask my friends and acquaintances their opinions of him as a man, a citizen of our fine county and as a leader. Every man and woman I have approached has endorsed him, and I plan to do the same.
We need to have respect, compassion, strength and leadership at the helm as sheriffno amount of money in our law enforcement coffer can take the place of these, and I feel that Steve Butler is the candidate to bring these characteristics back to Rappahannock County.
