The Flint Hill United Methodist Women met at the home of Candy Lamma on Monday. Those present were Barbara Jamieson, Mary Curtis, Mary Frances Bywaters, Alice Pullen, Shelby Welch, Louise Me Cullock, Mabel Lillard and Anne Ashley Lamma.
The Flint Hill Fire Department will sponsor a Haunted House at the fire hall on Friday, Oct. 31 and on Saturday, Nov. 1 they will have an Open House and Country Festival from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
