Teachers need an environment in which they can focus on their job of teaching our kids. To do so, they need support from officials who command respect. No soldier will do his job effectively if his commanding officers fail to command respect. The job of our teachers has been made hard enough as it is. Take away the respect for those in leadership, and their job will be made impossible.
Mr. Catron is correct in his view that the issue in this election is not the one that he has falsely accused me of raising.
